New loans provided in the current month and their average interest rates

Note on data for 10/2019 and 11/2019: The increase in new business of loans granted to households in the category of “Lending for house purchase” was not due to the increase in pure new loans. The change was due to a significant increase in the volume of renegotiated loans (RLs). This increase was due to one-off product action (October 2019) and to an improvement in the reporting quality of the RLs (since November 2019).
