Applicants must also meet the technical and organisational requirements for performing the respective activities. Applicants that are legal entities are additionally required to submit a graphical representation of their group's structure including information about its members and their participating interests, and also to submit a list of natural persons that have a qualifying holding in the applicant and legal entities that have a qualifying holding in the applicant.
