Obligations and contents of statistical reporting required by the NBS in 2011 are defined by:

• The Decree of the NBS No 26/2008 on submitting of reports by banks, branch offices of foreign banks, securities dealers and branch offices of foreign securities dealers to the NBS for statistical purposes
   
• The Decree of the NBS No 23/2008 on submitting of reports of individual mutual funds by asset management companies to the NBS for statistical purposes
   
• The Decree of the NBS No 22/2008 on submitting of reports by leasing companies, factoring companies and consumer credit companies to the NBS for statistical purposes

• Regulation (EC) No 2423/2001 of the ECB of 22 November 2001 concerning the consolidated balance sheet of the monetary financial institutions sector (ECB/2001/13), as amended, as amended
• Regulation (EC) No63/2002 of the ECB of 20December 2001 concerning statistics on interest rates applied by monetary financial institutions to deposits and loans vis-r-vis households and non-financial corporations (ECB/2001/18), as amended
