Statement from the 4th Meeting of the Bank Board of the NBS

The 4th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska was held on 3 February 2009, chaired by Ivan Sramko, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the "Update of the "Forecast P4Q-2008 - the Estimate of the Development of the Basic Macroeconomic Indicators for 2009". Narodna banka Slovenska prepared the "Update of the Forecast P4Q-2008" out of the standard forecast process, regarding the amendment of the assumptions included in the P4Q Forecast in November 2008. The update of the forecast will be published on the website of the NBS. The following forecast will be published before the end of the first quarter of 2009.
