Statement from the 44th Meeting of the Bank Board of the NBS

The 44th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska was held on 22 December 2009, chaired by Ivan Sramko, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the Decree of  Narodna banka Slovenska which amends the Decree of Narodna banka Slovenska No. 25/2008 concerning the solvency and the minimum amount of the guarantee fund of an insurance company, branch of a foreign insurance company, reinsurance company and a branch of a foreign reinsurance company.

The Decree shall become effective on 31 December 2009.
