Statement from the 23rd Meeting of the Bank Board of NBS

The 23rd Meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska was held today (28 June 2011) and was chaired by Viliam Ostrožlík, the NBS Deputy Governor.

The Bank Board approved the Report on Economic Development in May 2011, which will be published on the NBS website.

The Bank Board approved the implementation of the SEPA SIPS project. It is aimed at modifying the EURO SIPS interbank payment system owing to the introduction of domestic SEPA payments within the domestic payment system.
