Statement from the 13th Meeting of the Bank Board of the NBS

 The 13th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska was held on 21 April 2009, chaired by Ivan Sramko, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the announcement on the issue of  silver collectors´  coins with the nominal value of  EUR 20, with the motif "Protection of Nature and Landscape - Veľká Fatra National Park".

The collectors´ silver coins will be minted from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the coin will be 33.63 g and its diameter will be 40 mm. The graphic designer of the coin is Roman Lugár.

The collectors´ silver coins will be minted in the Kremnica Mint, š.p. and will be on sale from June 2009.
