In accordance with article 37 of the Act on the National Bank of Slovakia, No. 566/1992 Coll., as subsequently amended, the National Bank of Slovakia performs the foreign exchange supervision according to the Foreign Exchange Act, No. 202/1995 Coll., and the act amending and supplementing Act of the Slovak National Council No. 372/1990 Coll. on infringements, as subsequently amended.
